Time to Bottle the Beer!
It's time to transfer the beer to the bottle! I tried a little of the premature beer. It definitely needs a little time in the bottle to mellow, and carbonate. I can't wait a month to try this again. I know it'll get better and better up to six months from now. Waiting is the hardest part of making beer.
Maybe I should start the next batch now, so I can keep this going... hrm... perhaps I should finally attempt a stout....
